Natural leavening, starting with a sourdough starter and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship give the Panettone high softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range eggs from Italy, milk, cream and mountain butter. The sweetness of the Chocolate Panettone and the'intensity of the single-origin cru chocolate, selected from regions devoted to quality, will satisfy the most discerning and gluttonous palates.
