Chamapgne Brut Rosé Billecart-Salmon

We are located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, not far from Epernay and the Montagne de Reims, in a small hamlet embraced by endless vineyards sheltered by the mountains, where nature is wedded to centuries of winemaking tradition. It is here that the Billecart-Salmon maison is based, run with extreme dedication and professionalism, for almost two centuries, by no less than seven generations of the family, always faithful to Nicolas-François Billecart's motto: Finesse, Equilibre et Elegance. A benchmark among the Rosé, this refined cuvée makes the most beautiful moments enchanting thanks to its brilliant color, particular finesse and beautiful vivacity.

Pale pink color illuminated by golden flashes, with very fine bubbles creating a soft mousse. It reveals elegant and delicate aromas of small red fruits, herbs, acacia honey and citrus zest on the nose. It confirms all its class on the palate, in perfect balance between acidity, savoriness and smoothness.

Optimal as an aperitif, but also with salmon or sushi dishes. Served with dessert, it enhances the flavor of berries.
